September 5, 2006 - WooHoo! I got myself a new camera... a Pentax K100D Digital SLR. I really like this camera.
I have already shot a few times with it. Check out Sarah's page for new photos from our recent shoot. Watch for

August 19, 2006 - I finally got around to updating pages here... it's still a work in progress. I updated Erin's page,
Sarah's page, and the page with my pics of Melissa. I even updated my portfolio page. I have some home projects
coming up and thought I better get these updates done. I am also working on getting a new Sony D-SLR camera...

April 18, 2006 - Have been very busy with work and with my photography. I just recently finished up shooting with
my two good friends, Missy and Erin... for a whole week! Most of that shooting took place in the evenings and
weekends, but we had a blast and shot way so many pics. I just finished sorting them out. I'll share as I get them

March 10, 2006 - Just had a great photo session with model Sarah. We had gotten together to shoot photos for
a client, but we could never let the opportunity of shooting stuff for ourselves get by. So, we also have new
photos for our portfolios. And I must say, Sarah looks as good as she ever has. And working with her is so easy.
Honestly, I liked the photos so much, I had a tough time sorting out the keepers to prepare for using. I'm happy to
have had the opportunity to work with her again. I have also worked with Melissa again, and have photos to edit
and add... so keep checking back on her page too. There are always photos for Missy.

what matters most. And I always try to continually improve from shoot to shoot... always seeing room for
improvement. But I just have to say that I am SO pleased with my latest shoot with Melissa. She always looks
great, but these new photos are the best I've shot yet. It's got me excited about shooting... I need to go do more.

some updates for you. The calendar project has run into a snag and is on hold for the moment... hopefully to
resume in 2007. My photography has gotten to the point where I now shoot as often as I'd hope to be. In fact, if I

September 27, 2005 - No complaints here, but I have been SO busy. But it's been a good busy because I'm
doing what I enjoy. Even though I am still editing and have a lot more to do, I have finished enough pictures to put

August 31, 2005 - Summer was good. My kids are back in school and we had a great time with them for the past
10 weeks. It's still hot here, and probably will be through September... but that's OK. Thanks to a great new site I

October 27 - Been busy with work. But I have been talking with a few models and hope to be doing some photo
sessions soon. I'll keep you updated. I'm sitting here listening to a new CD I bought today... Los Lonely Boys. I
bought the CD for the song "Heaven". I'm inspired by their talent and sound. It's not often at all that I buy a CD
and really like most of the cuts. Gives my the itch to pick up the guitar and get back into my music. It would be
cool to be part of a group that plays stuff like these guys. I recommend Los Lonely Boys.

October 17 - Back from Colorado. I had a good time visiting with family and friends. The fall colors, although past
peak, were still wonderful to see. I got a few photos of the mountain ranges... traveling to a few of the different
locations near Pagosa Springs. If you go to my "Various Photos" page, you can look at them. I merged some to
create some panoramics. There's also a second page with old family pics. When I have my 35mm film developed,
I'll post more.

October 5 - Finally, after some juggling of schedules, I'm taking some time off and going to Colorado to visit
friends and family on October 9. I really want to get there in time to get some good fall colors photos. The
changing colors can be very bright and vibrant if you catch them at their peak. It will only be my brother and I going
on this trip. I'm not sure I'll have access to my email so if you happen to contact me and don't get a response,
hopefully you'll understand. I'll share some photos and stories when I get back on October 16.

taking some nice outdoor scenic photos. Sue and I would like to have some nice pics for our living room since the
walls are so bare. I have been busy making us some cool mirrored window frame looking wall hangings for the
living room. All I have to do is hang them up. I'll take some pictures of them and put them in the Accomplishments
page so you can see how my grandfather used to make furniture with marbles inlaid. I like how it looks, so I thought
I'd remember him by building these in this manner.

November 19, 2006 - It's been a busy time for me, but I now have new lighting to go with my new camera, so I'm
excited to shoot. I did a shoot last week, and have been doing some headshots, but I'm excited about new shoots

happy if I did, I'm still here. I just recently got around to working with a new model, Danielle... got great images and
had a lot of fun. It's not like I haven't been trying to shoot more... coordinating schedules is tough. I did have a
shoot scheduled earlier... answered a casting call from a model who wanted me to travel to her, only to have her
text and cancel me half way in route to work with her that day. Needless to say, I was not happy... that was a lot of
effort and expense on my part for nothing. I also shot the stills for the play my wife is involved in... The Crucible at
The Gallery Theatre. Although I still have lots to learn about shooting in dimly lit theatres, I think the photos turned
out well. They served a good purpose. If you're my friend at myspace, you can see the blog with photos from that
play. Hopefully, I can shoot with another model soon...

April 7, 2007 - Can I just say, "Adena is amazing!" That young lady NEVER ceases to amaze me. We have now
worked together for a second time. And if I may brag, it's my best photography to date. I shot this session with no
flash lighting. I only used my studio lighting, but got some very good results. I'm sure that somebody with the full
knowledge of photography can pick my work apart, but since I only shoot for my book and experience, I can say
that my photography is in a happy place and I'm excited to do more. See the results on Adena's page

May 12, 2007 - If you were guessing by the updates I do here and at my other photo sites, you'd think that I
decided to shoot only with Adena from now on. I love working with her, but I swear, I'm setting up other shoots as
well. But speaking of Adena, I have updated her feature page with new shots from our third session. I'm always
pleased with what I get working with her, and this set is no exception. She looks awesome, but see for yourself. I'm
sure I'll be working with her again in the near future, but soon also with another new model... stay tuned.
